This website uses the remarketing tool “Custom Audiences“ of Facebook Inc. (hereinafter “Facebook“). For this purpose, a direct connection to the Facebook servers will be established when you visit this website and the visit to our website is transmitted to them. Facebook will assign this information to your user account. This is used to present ads that might interest you (“Facebook-Ads“) when you visit Facebook. 11. Consents

11.1. The consent to the collection, use and storage of your data specified above in 3.1 may be revoked any time with effect for the future. In case of a revocation, please provide your IP address as well as the period of access to this website. Then, it can be arranged that the relevant entries are deleted from the statistics.

11.2. The consent with respect to the data specified in 3.2, 3.4. and 3.5 must be given by you separately on each website by ticking off the box concerning the entry into the form. You can revoke this consent any time with effect for the future.

11.3. We are authorised by law to collect and store your data provided when you place an order for justifying, performing or terminating a contractual or similar obligation. In addition, personal data will be deleted if we have not received your consent to any continued collection and storage.

12. Transmission of personal data

The collected data are only used by us for internal purposes. This shall not apply if we are obliged to disclose or transfer the data by law or by a legal court order. No comparison is made with other databases. 

13. Processing of data in "third countries"

The data gathered by us are exclusively processed within the EU unless the transfer to third countries is required for the handling of a contract concluded with us. 

14. Deletion

Your personal data will be deleted, insofar as you revoke your consent and unless we are obliged to store them for other reasons.

15. Right to information

According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), you are entitled to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted. The information about the stored data will be available at the address specified below or by means of electronic communication, if you wish so. 

16. Revocation of consents
